Dr. Pavan's repertoire spans choledochal cyst excision, Roux-en-Y Hepaticojejunostomy for bile duct stricture, laparoscopic surgery for Hydatid liver cysts, pancreatitis, hiatus hernia, diaphragmatic hernia, and refractory GERD, achalasia cardia, ulcer disease and appendicitis. He performs oesophagus, stomach, gall bladder, liver, biliary tract, pancreas, small bowel, colon, rectal and gastrointestinal cancer surgery. His expertise extends to the surgical treatment of haemorrhoids, fistula in anorectal prolapse, Crohn’s and ulcerative colitis.
