Dr. Elkhouly specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of urological diseases, prostate ailments, andrology and male infertility, and advanced minimally invasive treatments for prostate enlargement, including laser vaporisation of the prostate, robotic radical prostatectomy, microscopic varicocelectomy and laparoscopic surgeries. His expertise ranges from cancer surgeries, stone disease and prostate surgeries (laser prostate resection,) urethral surgery, reconstructive urologic surgeries to urinary fistula surgeries. Dr. Elkhouly also performs andrology surgeries, urinary incontinence surgery, laparoscopic correction of the strictured ureter, testicular varicocele and trauma, penile reconstructive surgery for Peyronie's disease, penile implant surgery, and microscopic andrology surgeries including reversal of vasectomy and epididymovasostomy, microsurgical sperm retrieval surgeries.
