Dr. Jan's extensive repertoire of skills includes ECG, treadmill ECG, echocardiography, stress-echocardiography, TOE, interrogation of Pacemaker, ICD, and CRT. He treats acute and chronic heart failure, including the insertion of Impella, implantation of 1-, 2- and 3-chamber Pacemaker/ICD/CRT, CSP (LBBAP) techniques, S-ICD, ICM, leadless Pacemaker and telemedicine for heart failure patients. Given the depth of his procedural experience, patients trust him for the treatment of different arrhythmias (e.g. atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, AVNRT, ventricular tachycardia), left and right heart catheterisation including complex coronary interventions with bifurcation stenting or intervention of the left main, functional testing (FFR), intravascular lithotripsy, intracoronary imaging (OCT) and the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary hypertension.
