As a paediatrician with expertise in caring for children of all ages, from newborns to adolescents, Dr. Yamok’s repertoire extends to a wide range of paediatric conditions, from common childhood illnesses to complex medical issues. She believes in staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in paediatrics to deliver the highest standard of care. She treats all acute paediatric emergencies, including respiratory emergencies and infections, gastrointestinal illnesses, vomiting, dehydration, common skin conditions, allergies, eczema, bronchial asthma, acute and chronic abdominal pain, febrile illnesses, sepsis, meningitis, Diabetes mellitus type 1 and 2, food and environmental allergies and obesity and metabolic syndrome management. Her proficiency covers well-child health supervision, monitoring growth and development, nutrition counselling, vaccinations, both routine and optional ones, newborn assessments, lactation and breastfeeding support.
