Evidence-based management of all high-risk pregnancies. Performance of all high risk, complicated and difficult cases of Caesarean sections of all indications. Vaginal delivery following Caesarean section after proper risk assessment to ensure the safety for both mum and baby and with respect to patient’s wishes. Promotion of vaginal delivery including the use of safe instrumental interventions, whenever indicated. Evidence-based management of multiple pregnancies to ensure safe mum and healthy babies Evidence -based management of recurrent miscarriage and repeated pregnancy loss. All gynecological operations, both laparoscopic and open surgery: Ectopic pregnancy Ovarian cystectomy and oophorectomy Uterine Fibroids Hysterectomy Management of endometriosis. Vaginal surgery for genital prolapses and vaginal hysterectomy. Hysteroscopic Surgery, both diagnostic and operative. Management of all gynecological disorders including polycystic ovarian disease, menstrual irregularities and abnormal uterine bleeding.
