Dr. Nair served at many well-known hospitals in India before relocating to the UAE. He was a Lecturer of General Surgery at the Government Medical College, Calicut, India. He also spent some time as a Consultant at Lourdes Hospital, Kochi, before joining Aster Medcity as a Consultant for Neurospine Surgery. His areas of interest include skull base microvascular neurosurgery and minimally invasive and advanced spine surgery. He is an expert in performing endoscopic spine surgery, spinal instrumentation and fusion surgery, TLIF, OLIF, vertebroplasty, kyphoplasty and cervical laminoforaminotomy. He has successfully treated patients with conditions such as intervertebral disc prolapse, spinal tumours, traumatic spine fractures, spondylolisthesis and spinal degenerative disorders.
