Dr. Fadl’s expertise covers a broad spectrum of women’s health services, including comprehensive prenatal and postnatal care, management of routine and high-risk pregnancies, labour and delivery (both vaginal and Caesarean), gynaecological surgeries, infertility evaluation and treatment, reproductive health, contraceptive counselling and family planning. Women across all age groups come to her for routine and high-risk pregnancies, a wide range of gynaecological and surgical procedures, miscarriage, ectopic pregnancies, vaginal infections, Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) management, sexually transmitted diseases, menstrual disorders and hormonal imbalances and menopause care and hormone replacement therapy.
