Area of Expertise

His extensive expertise covers a range of organic and functional disorders with a specific interest in inflammatory bowel disease. These include heartburn and acid reflux (GERD) and functional dyspepsia, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Peptic ulcer disease, Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, and weight management through endoscopic interventions. He has been remarkably successful in the early detection of bowel cancers through bowel screening, diagnosing colonic polyps and other gastrointestinal and colon pre-cancer conditions. He has an impressive record of using endoscopy effectively in both diagnostic, therapeutic, upper and lower endoscopies with noteworthy key performance indicators.
