Dr. Vaidya has four decades of experience in his chosen field, having worked in the UK, India and the UAE. During his initial years, he worked at the Royal Cornwall Hospital, UK, first as an SHO, then as a Registrar becoming a Consultant, proficient in General and Vascular Surgery and Urology. Later, he moved to Bangalore in India, working as an independent, privately practising Consultant at well-known hospitals like Manipal Hospital, Mallya Hospital, Lakeside Hospital and Fortis Hospital. He presided over the Indian Medical Association (Bangalore East) and developed a niche practice in male infertility and erectile dysfunction.Subsequently, he relocated to the UAE, joining Al Zahra Hospital - NMC Royal Hospital, Sharjah as a Specialist in Urology
